You can help support Idaho’s future healthcare workforce by sponsoring an AHEC Scholar!

Your sponsorship will go directly to student participants in the form of a stipend that helps them offset smaller education expenses and rewards them for successful completion of the program.

AHEC Scholars:

• Are health profession students studying medicine, nursing, physician assistant, psychology, pharmacy, social work, radiology, respiratory therapy, and more.
• Participate in a rigorous 2-year interprofessional program concurrent with their academic training program to prepare them for team-based care in rural and underserved communities.
• Earn a nationally recognized certificate and $1,000 in stipends
